Location: Great central and quiet location, with restaurants and shops nearby.
Host: Smooth and responsive communication.
Apartment: Hot water immediately available in both bathroom and kitchen.
Bathroom: Mould on window frames and shower hose, broken shower holder, unpleasant smell.
Living room: Sofa uncomfortable as you can feel the frame when sitting on it, glass surfaces smeared, cupboard cluttered and unusable.
Kitchen: Surfaces and appliances dirty, microwave unhygienic inside, kitchen textiles smelly.
Building: Very old, with a strong unpleasant smell when entering (out of the host´s control, but still the first impression).
