Location and size
Coffee was weak but a nice addition to have a machine there
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
The location and design of tbe unit is perfect especially for 2 couples. Kitchen set up is all you want. Beds are comfortable.
The shower over the bath has insufficient screeing and the bathroom floor becomes flooded. The heated towel rails do not work. The lift only just works but at least there is one.

Spacious, well set out, great facilities
Quirky bathroom layouts

Position was great
Staff waited for us when we were running late after taking a wrong turn off the bridge!
There was no warning about stairs to the property on our individual booking
I was able to change to an apartment with 1 set of stairs which was better
The bathroom requires a small table to the left of the sink so toiletry bags can be stored
The shower leaked and there were no hooks to hang towels. Also the bathroom floor was slippery when wet
The single beds were not comfortable for adults
The security gate outside opened outwards and it was difficult to balance suitcases on the stairs
