Absolutely outstanding stay at The Queens Head! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Room 10 is an absolute gem — beautiful, comfortable and a really special place to stay.
The location is gorgeous and peaceful, with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely superb — beautifully presented, full of flavour and one of the highlights of our stay.
The staff were exceptional throughout: friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
A particularly lovely touch was the handwritten congratulations card for our wedding and honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really meant a lot to us.
Fantastic food, brilliant staff, a beautiful location and Room 10 is definitely one to book! A wonderful honeymoon stay that we’ll remember for a long time. We’ll absolutely be back. ❤️🥂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely big room, excellent breakfast and we enjoyed a meal in the pub.
We had to pay for parking in the village (£9 for 24 hours) as we hadn’t booked direct with the hotel.
