Spaziosa villa al primo piano è tutto su un unico livello. L'unità ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato nel master e due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti con un bagno completo nella hall. Altre caratteristiche includono un divano letto nel soggiorno, cucina abitabile, zona pranzo, patio posteriore con vista golf e ampio spazio armadio. Ci sono 3 TV a schermo piatto nell'unità, una nel soggiorno e una in ogni camera da letto. Il salotto HDTV è uno schermo piatto da 32 ". Sono inoltre forniti lettori DVD e videoregistratori. Il servizio WiFi è disponibile. La villa si trova nel famoso complesso Evian nel Cantiere con i suoi giardini magnificamente curati, ampi sentieri escursionistici, lagune e fontane.

I did not receive instructions on how to check-in on to the property. I had to call host for check-in details. Other than that the stay was very nice.

It was awesome to be back on HHI after too many years away! We have family who owned villa in Shipyard in early 2000’s and became very familiar with Evian and the whole Coligny area. Now that our children are grown we appreciated hearing their memories of the pool, the beach at Sonesta and “Charlie the alligator” lurking in the pond on the golf course behind villa watching us fish there! It was great to be with family celebrating America’s 248th birthday with legendary Gregg Russell and all at Sea Pines

Overall, the condo was wonderful and comfortable and met our needs. There's 5 beach chairs in the front closet that can be used. Pool is 5 minute walking distance away. Shipyard is a nice resort and we have always enjoyed staying there with great walking trails and a safe environment.
However, the main bath ceiling has black mold on it and needs to be addressed. Also, the outside patio furniture is very weathered and looks dirty; It should be considered to be replaced. The inside furniture was fine and comfortable. Cooked breakfast and lunches in the condo and plenty of kitchen supplies. (utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, etc).
In using the wash machine, recommend using NORMAL setting as Permanent Press has issues in RINSE mode.

The location is great! I love Shipyard and we always stay in Evian. Checkin was smooth and we were lucky to check in early which was appreciated. My only concern was the visible mold in the closet of the master bedroom. My husband and daughter immediately started to have respiratory issues at the beginning of the stay. The Villa was clean however it did have a musty smell, so I am guessing this is an issue. I would not feel comfortable not sharing this for future guests. I was also worried about the two wasps nests right above the front door and I wish the back deck area had a little better seating. Aside from that we were satisfied with our stay. Beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure.
