Anna in the reception was extremely kind and helpful. The structure allow us to make an early check-in :). The bed was confortable, there was hot water and it was clean . It is located near Dusseldorf downtown
the guesthouse is on the 3rd and 4th floors and there is no elevator so it was a bit tricky to get up and downstairs with our suitcases. Still Anna help us so I appreciate it

Excellent welcome, very friendly and accommodating. Very clean bathrooms and rooms and room service was offered daily. Tea and coffee on the premises and just very caring staff.
The walls were kind of thin and we could hear our neighbours very easily but nothing dramatic or embarassing.

Maria is an excellent host and the location is great and the price is cheap
Extremely uncomfortable beds with the pillows in particular the worst I've ever seen in a hotel providing a bad night's sleep. The building is very old and given there is no amenity and the bathroom is shared, it is not worth the €10-15 saving.
