I would worry a bit about the bar accros the street during peak season. Fortunately, the bedroom gives to the other side of the building

Very noisy disco bar just across the street The bedroom is ok (it is courtyard room with pool), but dont take sofa as a bed, it is not possible sleep because of bar

Excellent location, there is a reaaally nice beach 2 minutes from the apartments, and also restaurants, a supermarket. It was bigger than I imagined, we were 3 friends, 2 slept in the room and 1 on the couch/bed. really clean, spacious, modern. Would totally come back! parking on the street nearby, nice people at reception, they give you lots of information if needed.

There wasnt a coffeemaker, but they brought it upon request. Added value to love you even more would be to have the courtesy of small oil, salt and pepper because for 2 days its not convenient to buy the basic for cooking. that would be a cherry on top!! :)

Appartment was close to the see, restaurants, bars, food shop and 10 min by taxi from the best beach Platja de ses Illetes (next to the restaurant Es Ministre). Its really good location even if you re with children. Thanks again to all staff.

There re some club in front of the appartement and you can hear music till 2am but if you close windows its fine you can still sleep 🙂.

I feel disappointed

The first day we had to change the apartment from 2room apartment to 1room apartment due to Air conditioning didn't work. When we arrived to the apartment we had to pay it in advance (2 room apartment) and I am still waiting for the refund for the different price (1room - 2room). The excuse is that they need the acceptance from booking to do this refund

Great location. Very convenient flat and lovely pool. Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants.

The apartment has really good facilities. Our room was big, and even the sofa was pretty comfortable if you use it as a bed. It was surrounded with restaurants and clubs and at a 5 minute walk from the closest beach. If you don't have transport you can pick up the bus that takes you straight from the port to the closest bus stop that it's also 5m walk from the apartment

I ended up the stay with a lack of trust on the people in the apartment. I left a jacket in the room covering a light that was bothering us at night and I left it there on the check out. I return a couple hours late, before we left Formentera and ask for it, but it seems it magically disappeared. I know it's not their responsibility, but still leaves you a bit with the foot behind. If you plan to rest, maybe this is not the best option since there are a few clubs in the surroundings. Even in this COVID time they have music up to 2am, so consider this if you just want to rest and not go for party.
