Fortunately I researched the parking situation before we arrived and parked at the rear. Some indication of this facility in advance would be helpful to others.
The room No 1, the breakfast and your friendly staff were all great and there was very little noise from the pub below.
Some parking advice in advance could be useful for newcomers.

An exceptional hotel over a great bar. The room was fantastic, much better than I had ever expected it to be.
Staff very friendly and relaxed. The food and drink offering in the bar was great with a bit of live music thrown in for good measure.
And breakfast the following morning was exceptional.
Nothing to dislike
