The room was clean, comfortable, well furnished and in a lovely area outside of town. The hotel overlooks fields. The room had a TV, seating, coffee table, microwave, fridge and kettle.

The room was advertised as seaview. I have decent eye sight and really couldn't see the sea, admittedly it was a little cloudy. This hotel is a few kilometers from the sea and I think any view one would have from this hotel would be small and likely only on a clear day. I feel calling this sea view room was a stretch.

Property is basic but very clean and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and tennis courts and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

It was quiet, rural and close enough to Torquay. The photos on website were true to the property.

Reasonable price. Room was modern and clean with plenty of space. we enjoyed having a rural outlook while being only 5 minutes out so from the city centre and beaches. the bathroom was huge. coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool was a very pleasant.

Our room overlooked the pool. We had a lovely view of the properties beyond the fence line. It was nice and peaceful. The room was as described. It was basic but clean. There was a nice cross breeze for when the weather warmed up. Internet was efficient - was able to do some work online. The property was a short drive to The Esplanade and it was approximately $12 in an Uber for when we went out for dinner.

My husband is 6’2” and worried he was going to hit his head on the tv that was attached to the wall. (He didn’t though). We are so used to streaming stations these days - it was hard to find something to watch on basic stations. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the inbuilt dvd player to recognise our dvds.
