Liked the outside area with the pool and the boma. It was really peacful to sit there and listen to the birds.

The rooms have been modernised and are very clean and well kept. The secretion of toiletries in the bathroom and the chocolates on the pillows are nice finishing touches.
When we booked the property, one of the reasons was that it seemed one could order breakfast. On arrival, we were informed the breakfast is only available mid week, this could be made clearer.

"The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel was in a good area of Swellendam and easy to get to the nature reserve from here. We would be happy to stay again!"
