The property was fantastic. The room was spotless. The owners really look after the property. It was about a 45 min walk into Kotor which is a great way to checkout the small town along the way. Restaurants and stores within 5-10 min walk.
I was met with cake and a drink. Delicious. The owners are amazingly nice.
There is nothing at all negative about this place. Two thumbs up across the board.

Location. Welcome cake Kittens Outside chairs and table
We and other guests were not advised of where breakfast was served. The breakfast menu was confusing with only one obvious difference between breakfast 1 and breakfast 2. It would be better to simply offer the basic breakfast menu with options of - for example - omelette, fried egg, bruschetta
