lovely staff, good location, small but functional rooms.
Not the hotels fault but the people staying there were very noisy knocking on doors at 6am!

Nice, clean, simple twin room with kitchenette. Very helpful and professional staff. Excellent location, walking distance to both rain stations. Nice breakfast options including hard boiled eggs.
The balcony is a nice feature, but not really much of a view. wish they would use shampoo/soap that was In refillable bottles and not plastic wrap.

The staff was very accommodating and made us feel at home since the first moment. Having the parking next to the room made things very easy for us. The breakfast was good and the sfogliatelle were fantastic. it’s ideally located to leisurely walk to the main Pompeii site, the area has good restaurants nearby and it’s very easy to reach from the highway.

Great place and great location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great place to use as a jump point to travel around to Amalfi and sorrow ding areas.

Clean and quiet
I didn't like that the room was is an annex, 200m from the hotel and from the parking. Access did not feel very secure. Breakfast was in the basement - why not in the garden?

Awesome stay in Pompei!! Excellent location, free parking, very professional and sympathetic staff, especially Marco who helped us a lot on multiple occasions. Stay here if in Pompei and you won’t regret.

The staff i give 10 and clean hotel with super service and speciel thanks to Marco and Anna and too more sorry i forgot the name i thing it was claudia and Adriano. There were so helpfull with all the problems i have and fix it all Mille gracias

I had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and cute. The members of the hotel were friendly and helpful.
One person (Anna) spoke german. It was a pleasure to talk to her and get all important information about the city and area.

Good location, lots of restaurants nearby and literally 2 minutes from the train station.
Friendly staff who are willing to help with any problems and inquiries.
Upon arrival I was given a map and shown where the entrance to the ruins and where the church were. The Mercato restaurant was recommended to me too, and I thought it was great.
Spacious room with the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a hotel in a very long time.
The air conditioning worked very well and cooled the room down quickly.
Very safe and secure, three locked doors are between you and the room so there's no chance of theft.
Breakfast was awesome and had a great variety of options available, including tea and coffee. Can't fault a buffet.
Overall a great place to stay, if I come back to Pompei I'd definitely stay here again!
The Inn accommodation is a little bit further down the road from the main hotel, but that wasn't a problem because I knew that before booking.
