Room and hotel clean. Bed comfortable.Good AC, plenty of hot water and WiFi worked well during my stay. The breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with fresh fruit etc. There is a small gym and hotel guests can use the Olympic sized pool for free from 7:30 to 16:00 and then again at 20:30. ( not the most convenient times and it is closed on Sundays). Hotel located 10 minute walk from bus station. 24 hour reception service.
My room on the ground floor looked out on a wall. Hair shampoo and gel were not left daily. The location I found quite confusing as it is tucked back from the main road…not so bad during the day time but at night time I didn’t enjoy the location. …it is quite a walk from the centre of the city and a bit difficult to find from the bus station.

Clean rooms, great air conditioning, very nice front desk staff!
When I was dropped off, the outside made me wonder what kind of hotel I had booked. But it was nice inside.
Also, there are about ten steps to get up to the entrance. And then, knowing there was not an elevator, I had requested to be on the first floor- however first floor is not the "Ground floor" as I had though and there were more steps going up.

Good location for a night stop-by , classical old-fashion hotel, clean, secured parking. Very good breakfast, with large variety of choices. Maximum 10 minutes walk from the city center, we had nice dinner at "Old House" traditional restaurant.

Dopo che avevamo avvisato che saremo arrivati a 0.30, all'arrivo in struttura non c'era nessuno alla reception. Ho contattato il numero di telefono di riferimento e dopo diversi tentativi mi ha risposto una persona che non comprendeva bene l'inglese e dopo diversi approccio mi ha farfugliato il codice per entrare in albergo. La camera era molto stretta. Colazione dolce poco assortita.
