Très bon emplacement sur le front de neige. Personnel très accueillant avec nous et mon chien.

Just a quick note for the above question, which lift did we use the most - none of the lifts mentioned are from the base of the resort. The hotel is by the Costebelle Lift, so this was the lift we used the most. You can ski from the door of the hotel and back with ease, the joy of this hotel. We have been visiting for the last 10 years. The staff change each year so no memory of our visits, but the staff are always helpful and nice. It has grown in popularity especially with families with young children.

Location is great. Cleanliness of rooms is 7-8 of 10. Rooms are tiny imho. Breakfast was not as good as I expected. Overall it`s very good hotel with excellent ski in-out, restaurants, relax zones....but a bit overpriced.

I like the location and the atmosphere and the entertainment at night was very nice and family friendly.
I would have like that the spa services and reservations were more explained at our arrival.
