Kylie was great, very helpful and informative
The place was VERY dirty, light globes that were not working, cupboard doors with broken hinges, kitchen, stovetop and range hood was filthy, shower taps that kept falling off the wall

Location was very peaceful with beautiful view over the lake. The rooms are large and the kitchen is well equipped.
Check in after hours did not go well. There needs to be a dedicated after hours mobile number.

The location of our apartment and size of it were both great.
The provisions are tired and the property is need of updating.
Free WiFi is limited and the usual mod cons that adorn most accommodation offerings like power points either side of the bed were lacking. USB ports beside beds would be a useful addition.
All this said, we would return again as the hosts and staff were exceptional and the location was superb.

The view of the lake
No BBQ’s the seats in the BBQ area covered in cobwebs and spiders
The cooking equipment basic dented out dated
Cutlery not matching
Curtains don’t block out the light
Lots of cobwebs and dirt in corners and by lamp in lounge.
Tv speaker crackling and can hardly hear.
Chairs are old and fragile
Glass table top moves.
Walls very thin could here neighbours closing doors walking around talking etc
Nobody at reception on checkout
It could do with some TLC
