The location is perfect, just in the city center.

The shower was broken, they said they would send someone to fix it and no one came, you always had to hold the hose with one hand while taking a shower with the other. The towels were solo tiny, like hand towels, not for after a shower. The kitchen accessories were dirty, poorly washed cutlery and dirty cups at the bottom. They say they have nearby parking (additional charge), when you arrive the parking lot is super far, impossible to move with luggage. There is no curtain in the room

Location would have been good but we were moved at the last minute to another place with all of our luggage and little apologies or a sense of the inconvenience caused.

On arrival our room was clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. Bedsheets were unchanged, bins unemptied. Bathroom was dirty with hairs and empty shower gel packets. We were checking in at around 7pm so there had been plenty of time for cleaning to take place but we were told "that there was a problem with the cleaner". The solution offered was an apartment on a nearby street which meant we had to move our many bags to yet another location. The new apartment was substandard and was very different to the apartment we had booked. We informed the reception of how unhappy we were with the new place but were told that the apartments were the same size so no refund or partial refund would be given. There was no sense of customer service. Would recommend avoiding this place. Terrible experience.

Staff was very accommodating, even helping me take all of my luggage upstairs to the apartment after check-in. The space was so much bigger than we anticipated; more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. The kitchen and bathroom were both updated and spacious. The location cannot be beat. In the center of town, with a delicious restaurant just downstairs.

No wifi. The apt was stark. There was no comfortable furniture in the living room making the room useless. No microwave.

The location can't be beat! There is one shower and one bath with a hand shower. The washing machine was a nice bonus. There is a drying rack on the terrace. For a large group who do not require a high functioning kitchen and are okay with mediocre beds.... This place can't be beat. I've come back year after year. The staff will work with you and are very nice. It would be nice if you could run the stove and the oven and not trip a breaker....but, I am not complaining for the price.

Kitchen could have better knifes, olive oil, etc. Stove and oven together will trip the breaker. Beds are Okay, some are better than others and one room is fairly noisy from street noise..... I am only saying these things because it asks for the negative. I hope they don't fix these problems and raise the price. It's perfect for the price!

Kitchen could use things like knives and better coffee machine. You can't turn on the range and the oven without tripping a breaker. Some of the beds were pretty low quality and one room is super noisy. Having said that the price and location make it fantastic. Staff is very accommodating!

Location is excellent, near to city centre, train and bus station. Quite big appartment with small kitchen.

We had to go to the reception everyday for a towel change, to tell them to empty the dustbins etc. The appartment was never cleaned in our 6 night stay. No oven or microwave in the kitchen.

It is in an excellent location, right at the city centre.

The apartment had nothing to do with the one on the photos. It wasn’t particularly clean, it was dark, furniture is the cheapest IKEA furniture, pretty used up, and old. Amenities were very poor, kitchen was lacking basic utensils. It was rather like a hostel, as an apartment. For this money I would not book it again.

very good location in the old part of Bolzano. Nicely appointed and comfortable. easy walk to restaurants and the main walking district.

This is in the walking district of town, which I liked, quiet and nice but a several block walk from where you can park your vehicle. So be ready to carry your bags. A very good value, I would stay again.
