A hotel with super apartments located in a wonderful environment. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. Clean, tidy. The hotel staff is friendly, very kind and helpful. We will come back next time.

Strunjan is close to Piran, Portoroz and Isola- long walks but we like it. Nice outdoor pool next to a stoney beach. A lot of green space beneath the trees. The apartment was clean, equipped with all necessary kitchen things (fridge, microwave oven, dishes, pots etc.) Towels were changed every 2 days. Very efficient air condition, sharp knifes :)
In summary: despite some minuses we enjoyed our stay in Salinera hotel.
Bar in hotel is closing at 7 p.m, other bars/ restaurants in Strunjan are closing latest at 9 p.m. There aren't any shops nearby. Rather not good place for biking with kids. Available small cups for coffee/ tea and only 4 dishes of each kind (with this quantity of those kitchen tools I don't understand the purpose of the dishwasher...)

Missing of mosquito nets from the windows. Thury would be useful during the hot nights.

Nature, comfortable mattress on the bed, fresh renovation of the apartments, kind staff , perfect swimming pool, relaxing entertainment during the week (not on weekends).
-25 euro/night for the dog. Surrounding area isn’t allowed to be with pets. We could go with our pet only in the area around the apartment. Isn’t allowed to go to the beach, to the restaurant. We could be together only on the closest wild beach by the hotel’s beach , it’s very close but it’s not equipmented beach.
- The coffee machine Delonghi was installed in the apartment but there wasn’t the capsules? For what this machine there??? Very strange and very uncomfortable property. It is not worth this price.
- There’s no some supermarket or shop point for buying something urgently needed. The closest supermarket 10 min by car.
- There’s not the choice of different restaurants, only one in the hotel (20€ breakfast, 30€ dinner, 7/10€ for kids).
-15 euros/day for 2 sunbeds and sun umbrella, 2 euro/day for renting the towel beach.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are normal but for 4* it’s very poor . Coffee from coffee machine on the breakfast is awful.
- The taxi to Piran - 20€. It’s incredible expensive for the duration way 7 min.
-Very noisy on weekends, a lot of people and loud music on the beach.
You should have a car for having an interesting holiday there.

Completely renovated appartments, nice furniture, with dishwasher (tablets included), comfortable beds, very clean. Ideal location for walks to nearby attractions.

The apartment looked brand new and offered a great view across the bay. The option of using the hotel facilities, like the pool, restaurants, and wellness centre is very good.
The only think that could be better is the road leading to the apartments. Since it is quite narrow, and it is also used for parking, not much space is left for manoeuvring.

Clean apartment in a hotel complex. About 45 min walk to Piran.
The apartment is in an older hotel/resort with (in september) mostly older guests. You're also very close to the walking track to Piran, but unfortunately you have to walk down towards the hotel entrance first to leave the domain (or you can try crawling under the fence to save a couple of minutes).

The resort has a good location between Piran and Izola, you can walk to Piran (about an hour walk), there is a respectable bar at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the appartment was newly remodeled.
Unfortunately, we booked a room with a balcony (which I expected not to be on a ground floor) and got a ground floor appartment with a terrace instead. Normally, this would not be an issue but we travel with a dog (which we specified when booking) and this meant that he had to leashed ALL THE TIME because the terrace did not have a fence. So this was not comfortable. We also has some issues with the dog being on the beach with us as one day everything was fine and the next day we were asked to leave (again, I specifically checked before hand that it was okay to have a leashed dog with us). Now, obviously, the hotel can make any rules regarding dogs they want but (1) once you make the rules, keep them consistent and (2) secondly, if we knew the dog would be an issue we would have stayed some place else. Btw, the dog fee is 15EUR per night which is not cheap either.
Speaking of money, we stayed during high season so the price was up. The money to quality ratio could have been better honestly, for instance, even hotel guests have to pay if they want to use the shower at the beach (obviously, you have to pay for the sunbeds and the umbrellas, etc.).

Recently renovated, well-appointed kitchen, reasonably clean
162 very steep steps from the beach to the apartment which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. A little heads-up would’ve been nice as I’m very pregnant.

New apartment, open buffet food (additional price).Beach is small and a lot of green around. You can hide before the sun. Parking is for free and you can also use garage which I used during the thunderstorm. Animation programs for kids are on the place (or water aerobic also if you like it).
In front of apartment is a road for parking and to walk to your accommodation, sometimes cars parking just in front of the entrance/stairs to you apartment.

bed is not comfortable at all and steady enough, unfortunately terrace in our appartment was not private

Very nice apartments, everything was new, friendly and nice stuff, pieceful environment, inside spa, free parking
I was traveling with a baby and I got apartment which couldn't be possibly further away with thousands steps. Lot's of work with baby trolley. But i was alone, couples shouldn't get scared :)
Also, i decided for this place because of the outside pool which was NOT open yet and nowhere any info about it :(
Closest beach was nothing much, not even beach bar was open, but for laying down in the sun was ok and did the thing. Nice beach with restaurant was cca 15 min walk.
I was expecting nice terrace with a sea view as showed in the picture and I got literally no view but still good place for evening relax.
In short, I think I overpaid, almost 500euro for 3 nights i would expect a little bit more :)

The apartments are renovated with a tasteful decor. The swimming pool is nice and not crowded.

reserved 1 room appartment but we got small studio, because 1room app was overbooked.
Room was not so clean (floor, under bed, bedding full of hair, cleaning lady dont wear protection face masks.
