I really loved the hotel grounds — the whole complex is surrounded by beautiful nature and plenty of trees. The private beach was probably my favorite part. Instead of having to sit on sun loungers or directly on the sand, you could relax on the green lawn just a few steps from the sea. There were also plenty of shady spots under the trees, so you could choose between sun and shade. The access to the water was easy and convenient, and the whole beach area was very nicely designed and well maintained. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time by the sea. I also really enjoyed the set meals. There was a good selection, the food was tasty, and the prices were very reasonable.

The only downside was that our bungalow was quite far from the sea and up a fairly steep hill. It was manageable for us, but a little inconvenient with a baby stroller. Older guests may prefer a bungalow or room closer to the main hotel and the sea, so it is worth checking the exact location in advance. Parking near the upper bungalows was also quite limited.

The apartment was new and nicely decorated. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous.

I would like darker curtains in the sleeping room as it gets really light too early in the morning. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment therefore it is not really suitable for older people to get to beach/hotel from the apartment. The parking in front of the apartment is also not easy. We also had a very unpleasant discussion with one of the workers at the reception. She was extremely rude, and her behaviour was almost insulting, especially to my elderly mother. My mom made a mistake when checking in. However, this was addressed in a very inappropriate way. Another thing to keep in mind is that at the end of August the sun will be gone from the beach already around 17.30 which is not ideal as the beach opposite gets sun until the sunset around 19.30. This is not a property fault, of course.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room didn't appear to be updated like the photos. It wasn't very clean. The "garden view" was a parking space. They provided no coffee for the coffee maker. They charged extra to use the pool. It wasn't near anything. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
