Clean, hospitable staff, fantastic breakfast

I had a very pleasant stay and nothing to dislike

Fantastic building, and an excellent accommodating staff. The breakfast was incredible. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast included.

I think it was a bit expensive compared to other similar experiences in Panama City.

breakfast was good, breakfast staff was not so nice, not my first time with same experience valet parking and arrival and departure is not very nice, changes image of hotel staff in general is very average bar staff very low as well spa staff excellent rooms are very clean and very spacious hotel location very good

90% of the staff is rude or lack training feels like you have to argue for anything to get done , so a bit exhausting

Solid, clean, good outdoor pool area, very good gym. It’s in the commercial district. We did not have any food.

We booked this hotel because our friend is living in the hotel. For tourists, a hotel in the Casco Viejo would probably be better.

Compared to JW Marriot Panama old fashioned. Needs updating

Terrible pool

A great hotel to stay in when in Panama City. Delicious breakfast, nice pool area with towels. Exceptional friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Very clean, rooms well serviced. Good covid prevention procedures in place. Would recommend and stay here again.

We loved the pool. We loved the staff and the bar food We loved our room. We loved our breakfasts.

I don’t want to pay for internet. I don’t want a restriction on how many devices are covered. It seems like a stingy thing to do to guests in a five-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. So was The Bungalow The Peacock Alley food was terrible. The food in the Spanish tapas restaurant was poor, way below par.

The hotel was beautiful.

The location in the Financial District is good, but the Windstar team may not have considered we're spending more than one night in town.

Clean and comfortable. Attentive staff and very helpful. Good facilities if you want to use them.

Nothing to dislike

The room service was phenomenal, the non-alcoholic drinks from the pool bar were also amazing. The bed was comfy, but the feather pillows were hard and flat. Very nice shower, wish I had noticed there wasn't a tub.

This was our last night after a busy adventure around panama. We wanted to relax in our fancy hotel without any "tourist guilt" to go out and see things. We ordered room service and hoped to relax and watch a movie. I am surprised that these fantastic, fancy hotels don't have smart TVs! If I am paying for a comfy room that I will actually spend time in, I want to sign in to my netflix and watch a movie in english.... otherwise, it was phenomenal, but we didn't love watching a movie on our phone...

The room was clean

We were really looking forward to our stay at the Wardorf, but felt let down; the hotel seemed dated and although it was clean, it didn’t offer a sense of Luxury that you would expect with being a Wardorf. We were on the 18th floor and could hear music playing from outside all night from elsewhere. As well as this, at 4.30am the radio alarm in the room went off, and when we told staff that this had happened during check-out, they laughed at us and thought it was funny.

the hotel need to upgrade the information about the breakfast. in the website the price of the breakfast is $22 and we where having a breakfast en the try to charge 26.17 for each breakfast. I did not enjoy my breakfast 😒

The staff were amazing! All of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and understanding of customer needs. If I had to rate the service (5 star being the highest), I would give them 10 stars! The bathroom shower was brand new, great water pressure, and large shower head. I had a great first-time massage. The masseuse did such an amazing job. I felt so relaxed, that I fell asleep during the massage. :)

The hotel was dark and décor were dated. I'd like to suggest using brighter lights and décor to make the hotel feel more lively. The air filter probably needed to be replaced.
