Cotton Beach Resort - Tweed Coast Holidays ®

The room was very spacious and quiet. The landscaping and pool surrounds was a real highlight, the gardens are very well manicured and the pool was fabulous. Tammy who was our point of contact has been lovely to communicate with, she kept us informed and was very accommodating when we rescheduled our trip.

The room wasn’t very clean. No pods provided with coffee machine. No body wash/soap; but we had shampoo & conditioner. No cafes nearby, and we had to drive for dinner most nights (we did walk to Cabarita Beach one night which was 35 mins there and 35 mins return, which is a beautiful walk just leave mid afternoon so you’re not walking home in the dark)

overall ambiance was very quiet, beautiful surroundings, nice and clean,

the car park was hard up against the wall, not ideal for a person with a disability, we ended up parking out on the street, but it still wasn't bad

Perfect for a family of 5. All the kids had their own bed. Plenty of room. The couch, living room and dining room all accommodated us comfortably. A short drive to restaurants and other local attractions. The pool was great for the kids (one seemed heated, one did not). And right next to the beach. We appreciated the kitchen and laundry which was very handy for our long weekend away and the ability to eat some meals and snacks at the apartment and not have to eat out every meal.

The one larger resort pool was freezing. It would be good if it was heated. It would be good if the room came with a few basics like tissues, paper towel, Salt and pepper. But we just purchased what we needed.

The pool and location of the property are fantastic

The resort and apartment were tired and starting to show signs of wear and tear. Particularly the apartment, there was only 1 couch and it was dirty. The outdoor setting was old and broken - other than the couch inside, there was no where to relax or read a book / chill out. The main bed was only a queen- would expect a king size. The kitchen was poorly equipped with no plastic plates or cups for children just basics provided which was disappointing because we stayed at the resort for two weeks. The rooftop outdoor setting was full of spiders and I kept so we didn’t use that area at all.
