Liked staff members, like Caroline’s sunny personality, and Khanyo’s enthusiasm. Breakfast was great.
However it was a very cold rainy day and the checkin reception was freezing On days like this, the area should be heated.
Loved having a fireplace, but the smoke wasn’t pulling out of the chimney and thus smoked out the room. I ended up coughing and having very burny eyes. Otherwise gets a 10
Beautiful gardens. Lovely birthday greeting left in the room with a bottle of bubbly. Little details that make a big difference. Great to have the Zinzi restaurant close by and not having to drive anywhere. Zinzi was of a surprisingly high standard for a country restaurant.
