Safe and clean location, around 3km from the Basilica Santa Maria de Guadalupe. Room was cleaner everyday we were there.
There was elevator, credit card payment and front desk was very helpful.

The hotel is confortable and the price is good
There is no WiFi and some of the amenities were a bit old/or lacking. For example the shower regulator was broken and it was a bit tricky to adjust to turn the shower on and off and adjust the temp. Also there is no AC, i didn’t needed it since the weather was quite chilly when I visited, but I see this could be a problem during summer
