Lovely staff members, happy to help and very welcoming.

The location was billed as being a short walk. It took 40 minutes from the airport at 2100 which felt uncomfortable. It was also very noisy from the autoroute below.

Convenient location and easy walk to the airport for an early flight.
Comfortable beds.
Nice compact room with everything we needed.
Facilities to sit downstairs to have a snack or drink. Vending machines available too which was good.
Room was a bit too warm and insects came in when window was open. Couldnt see any air con.
Shower screen leaked onto the floor.
Also shower head only allowed a trickle of water out, so the showering experience wasn't ideal. Unfortunately didn't discover until using it, not enough time to change for an alternative.
Only 2 bathtowels provided - would have been good to have a mat for floor or an additional hand towel (especially when floor got soaked).
Only soap provided, which was in the shower - no soap at the wash basin in the room.
Found a medicine tablet on the floor, which must have belonged to a previous guest and been missed when cleaned.

It was clean and functional and ok for 1 night
We booked for 1 adult and 1 teenager and the bunk was quite small and wasn't made up.
