Posizione ideale perché puoi andare in spiaggia comodamente, hai tutti i servizi a portata di mano ( farmacia, super market agenzie per i tour organizzati, car rental). Inoltre si sta lontani dal caos di oia e fira che sono però raggiungibili in autobus. Kostas é un ottimo ospite e ti aiuta a trovare taxi e transfer per tutti i posti.

Nulla in particolare. La struttura é molto semplice ma ha tutto l'essenziale. Hai anche la possibilità di cucinare qualcosa .

Ottima posizione a 150 metri dalla lunga spiaggia nera di Perissa, di fronte alla fermata dell' autobus e accanto ad un piccolo supermercato. Nelle vicinanze anche numerosi bar, ristoranti, bakery e farmacia.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata ma trattandosi di una piccola pensione a conduzione familiare si può chiudere un occhio soprattutto grazie alla simpatia e alla gentilezza di Kostas che ci ha dato utilissimi consigli su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

If you’re looking for a relaxing beachside holiday on a budget this is the place to be - 5 minutes walking from the beach, 2 minutes from bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, even a laundromatttt and places to book excursions. I didn’t have to worry about a thing when I was there because Kostas the host took care of everthing and made sure my stay was perfect, comfortable and relaxing. I booked the double room deluxe and it looked just like the photos - a beautiful shower with hot water always working, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner and a small tv with some Greek channels and even some English shows playing. The property has a terrace as well so you can sit outside and drink some wine after a day of sun tanning on the beach and eating at the nearby restaurants - all along the main stretch of road near the accommodation. There is a bus stop across the street that can take you to fira and then oia to catch the sunset, as well as other villages like Pyrgos etc. plus lots of stores selling souvenirs, clothes etc that are much cheaper than elsewhere on the island. If you want a beach side holiday with no worries or hassle book here, kostas the host will make sure you have the best holiday ever!
