The location and hospitality met in the room! The space was huge and everything was clean! So much utilities it felt like home!

Very quiet area , nice looking out at the river even on ground floor
quite dark inside , and lots of stuff around eg, lots of unnecessary pot plants which made the place look untidy

The location was lovely overlooking the Maroochy river. The pool was fantastic and clean. Easy walk to the river, playground etc. Apartment was spacious and couches were comfy. Plenty of seating. Problems with a smell in the bathroom and washing machine leak were fixed thankyou. Air con and ceiling fans were great.
Beds were uncomfortable particularly the main bed. Walls needed a good dusting. Mould on the ceiling in the ensuite bathroom. There were alot of mozzies in the area which we didn't like but that must be due to the river. Only like 4 pegs for the washing line, no basket and not even two full rolls of toilet paper for 7 nights. Also no dishwasher tabs.
