We did not have Breakfast but we have dinner for two nights and it was excellent
All good we definitely be staying there again next time we are in Brisbane

The location within the Redlands area was perfect. Fantastic wildlife reserve next door to the hotel. Lovely view of the surrounding hotel area and facilities.
The car park is not properly signed and hard to find.

Breakfast was average. The staff were kind and helpful. We are both disabled so it was nice to be assisted with directions to the cocktail. Staff went out of their way to help us!0

Our Gala dinner and the cocktail food was ghastly. Both the pizza, the chicken and the fish ( cod) were all overcooked and rubbery. We were 34 guests and they all said the same thing! This is our 20th anniversary & we’ve been served beautiful food at each venue, all over Australia. This Gala Dinner & the welcome cocktail were very poor quality, food cannot sit for hours under heat lamps! You’ve got to cook & serve immediately! I was ashamed and I’m not even one of the organisers.

Liked the convenience and location, the staff were accommodating and friendly and easy to talk to.
I felt a little claustrophobic in the rooms inside, maybe it's just a personal thing but I like being able to open a window for fresh air.
I didn't like that there wasn't even a microwave for me to heat a meal up if I didn't have the ability to get room service. Which I couldn't afford last night so it made eating and preparing a little hard.
