The location, the view, the décorations, the facilities. Everything was really beautiful and very good quality.

A deeply disappointing stay. The room was extremely small and consistently smelled of sewage. For a hotel that positions itself as a high-end boutique option with premium nightly rates, the lack of basic amenities was shocking. There was no food or beverage service—not in the room, not by the pool. Even getting a coffee required asking reception, who then ordered it from an external café. Payment had to be made in cash only upon delivery, and when I explained I didn’t have cash, the manager simply replied, “What can I do? That’s not my fault.” Breakfast was handed over in a flimsy paper box and was of very poor quality—calling it “ridiculous” is an understatement. The manager’s attitude was unwelcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Overall, the experience lacked hospitality, comfort, and professionalism. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Syros.
