Good location, clean, nice peraonal easy check in and check out, overall good quality price ratio.

Our room didn’t have a coffee machine, while neighboring rooms did. The shared kitchen was unavailable, and the staff told us it's only for stays of 14 days or longer

It is very nice and modern, everything is refurbished and stylish, nice views, I really enjoyed my time here. Free laundry, exceptionally nice common area, the staff is friendly. Good value for the money, especially considering prices in Amsterdam

Everything was good, it is a bit far away, but metro is 1 minute away

The location was very nice, with easy acces to the sloterpark were we had a festival. The city is not at walking distance but you have immediate acces to the metro and trams, so it was very practical for us in terms of location.

The air quality/circulation in the bedroom was quite bad the day we arrived. The shower didn't drain (we did report it and it got immediately fixed). For 350 euros for 2 nights it just felt a bit too budget and I think a little bit of maintenance and fresh paint could go a long way in those halls of the star house. Just a bit of a disappointment in comparison to the standard of the one we have in Maastricht. The common areas looked very nice, but we didn't really have time to enjoy or explore them.

The social hub has always been a clean hotel regardless of which one of their branches I visit (which is a prority for me in any hotel). The staff is always friendly, the process of check-in and check-out is smooth, facilities are cozy and nice. The experience has always been pretty good there.

This location is TOO far and the price is TOO high considering that factor. It takes m about 38-40 minutes to get from the hotel to the city center each time. And considering this, the hotel price is higher than it should be factoring that daily commuting in. Specially during IBC conference, the prices go high and that makes the added value not much justifiable.
