Breakfast was excellent.
Ice machine didn't work. Coffee maker in our room didn't work.

The location is beautiful, near the town but clearly rural and serene. Watching the swans swim from my room and various other water birds was a treat.
Customer service is outstanding, they were very helpful with my gluten challenge.

We just loved everything about it. Nice huge roomy rooms . Very friendly welcoming staff on all shifts..Loved being in the country atmosphere instead of city..The only part that I thought was the price we paid was 177.00 per night when we were told making the reservation it would be 123.00 per night...
