Service it was excelent

Environment was very good

size of the bed. size of the room. the lobby appearance. the breakfast buffet.

The rooms are a really big and quiet. The beds are comfy and having the TV in front of the lovely bath is a bonus. Buffet is good and the staff are very helpful. I always have a very comfortable stay. It is pretty consistent.

It would be good if the bar had the all the wines that they have on the menu. The house wine is OK but nothing special. There was very little in terms of choice and was more of a case of what did they have left. The rooms also suffer from out of date tea and mini bar. I am even sceptical about the wine in the fridge. If you do watch the TV however the picture is quite bad even though the tv's themselves are new. Especially HBO. The restaurants are disappointing in terms of quality excluding the restaurant on the ground floor. The revolving restaurant could be amazing but is very lack lustre and tired even though the views are awesome. I generally stick to the buffet which is fine.
