Very memorable!

Excellent room. Very private. Private pool is more like semi-private, but good-enough. Cleanliness was the highlight. Breakfast was excellent too.

Should allow outside food. In-room dining menu is good, but one must try Delhi's famous foods and avail the services of food-delivery apps. There was also some construction in the entrance, but I am sure it was temporary.

Good Hotel but i think that there are better for the price

i have now stayed there twice and on both occassions - i was alone however, was involved in an event where the entire party was staying there. The pool rooms are amazing and cannot recommend them enough - i loved being able to have a dip in the pool in the privacy of my own room. the bathrooms were great as well. Cleanliness was amazing and actually honesty of the cleaning staff was second to none - i left a ring out by mistake and it was never touched. I preferred the smaller rooms as they were cosy and perfect as a solo traveller and the small touches in the hotel were very nice.

the larger suites were just ok - there was definitely no wow factor to them and found that the pool rooms had better facilities (the automated toilet!). the TV did not work which was plain annoying. In the evening i had my brother come to my room when he had dropped me back and the staff called me within 20mins and told him to leave as guests were not allowed. after another 10mins i was called by the duty manager who was just rude. Generally, the staff were at two extremes - either really overly helpful and just superb or just rude, there is no real inbetween. I did find out that actually as it is a bit of a celeb spot - if you are connected then they tend to listen and actually you have another level of service.

a memorable and one of my best stay at DELHI

excellent very well maintained premises. one of the best hotels I have stayed in. whenever in Delhi would like to only stay with THE LODHI

The staff at THE LODHI are very efficient and very courteous. to mention a few of the staff members I interacted with and would like to mention their names as they were so courteous and polite and got me my requests solved at THE LODHI hotel premises. Mohak the Front Desk Executive Amit Anand the Front Desk Manager Pravesh the Bellboy Amit Rai the House Keeping attendant for my room.

Very good

The location, quality of room, fit & finish of build was excellent. Rooms were well appointed, neat and clean. Overall staff is courteous. Good wine collection and good cocktails.

The quality of breakfast buffet needs improvement. Breads were stale, croissants were not up to the mark.

The original architecture and design of the hotel is quite beautiful…. Unfortunately since a new management company took over in 2015 they have added without consideration for the original design. The additions are cheap and not considered. The staff (not management) are kind and do their best! The breakfast quota quite good…. Especially the Indian selection (great Dosa!)

This for me is no longer a 5 star hotel….. it’s a nice Marriott hotel at best. The added furniture and decoration had no context to the original design and is a bit ‘cheap’ - the garden furniture for example is quite horrible. The service is ok but management are not helping the staff, just giving orders! The rooms are a bit grubby and worn out! The building we were in was a mixture of guest accommodation and private apartments (with shoes outside the front doors) - this is not a 5 star hotel!

please hire more people like Neeraj Kumar , hotel will do wonders

excellent location , great ambience, good rooms & great food . we were here to celebrate karwa chauth & Mr Neeraj Kumar from fire & safety made our day by providing access to a top floor balcony where we could see the moon clearly & by ourselves . Excellent job by the guy really appreciated. Big Thanks to him .

When in Delhi it's nice to have a hotel suite with space that's comfortable and away from the noise.

Pleasant stay.

The hotel was good,near to india gate...plunge pool was also good and the rooms are huge with high end amenities.

The plunge pools are not maintained properly,got skin rashes after taking bath,food menu have been designed for foreign peoples,indian foods are rare...

ridiculous service

the property services are ridiculous as I stayed there on 5 September 2022 and stayed there for one night as heard a lot of good things about the property but I was all a myth the staff was completely liars as I had prepaid for the property still a deposit was taken I have stayed in properties all around the world let it be le Meriden,Westin,Hilton,Conrad,st Regis,four seasons,ritz Carlton, the leela properties,the Oberoi hotels,taj hotels,itc hotels, but no one has done like this even after a month later my deposit has been returned whereas normally even if a deposit is taken when you check out it’s automatically returned instantly I called them many time spoke to accounts manager but I was given reassurances that it has been released and proof is sent to email but which was never received maybe they are sending it from another planet

Amazing Stay! Thanks to the team!

Extremely personalized and well maintained by the staff @ The Lodhi. The rooms have been spaciously designed to cater to all the needs, including private gym equipments and and a sound system. The plunge pool is the highlight of the room. Special thanks to Ms. Muskan from the guest relations team. She helped in setting up a great wedding proposal. Wishing the best to the team. All our gratitude goes to you.

It would be great if Plunge pools can be temperature controlled from within the room. The idea is to have a private swim, but it gets really cold during the night. P.s. the pools are heated during the winters.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Lodhi - it did not left us down at all.

Every thing about the hotel - our room with a plunge pool, the room service, the restaurants, the entire staff and the hotel grounds. Could not fault any thing- absolutely amazing

Some guest that were rude and obnoxious- but every country has them.
