Good views and nice furniture set up

cleanliness. one example was the ceiling of the outdoor area, it had a dirt smearing discolouration. the apartment was quite old, fittings were broken, carpet was poor etc.

I decided to take my daughter to mackay for the night to enjoy some time away during the school holidays, I promised her a spa bath and a pool but the bath wasn’t a spa and the pool was under maintenance, despite paying over $250 for just one night, I was so disappointed I wasn’t advised before hand that it wasn’t available for swimming. the lagoon was the alternative but due to weather it was closed early. very disappointed

-No view of the river as advertised -Lift stunk like spew -Beds were only doubles -Mattresses were incredibly thin -No smart tv, wtf! -Dirty carpet -Uncomfortable AF couch

the location is great. bedding was set up how we asked and room had a view of the river which was good.

when we arrived there was an overpowering chemical smell in the apartment. we tried opening windows & doors but unfortunately it lingered for the whole trip. Also, the sound of the pipes was so loud and kept us up at night. When we spoke to reception, our concerns were dismissed. There was also nowhere to hang our towels in the 2nd bathroom. Pool was also out of order which we weren’t aware of until we checked in.

The ladies at reception are amazing, super helpful, HSKP ladies too. Sauna and swimming pool are great, a bit smelly though (probably from back kitchen of the restaurant next door. ) The room is great, Wifi is good.

Elevator stinks, AC temperature in room not able to control, shower water pressure low but alright to use.

The kitchen amenities were great the view very nice

Shower screen was caked in limescale. AC in bed two 5 degree's warm than master and no way to change it.
