The person who gave me the keys of the apartment is very helpful. The apartment flat is very clean. The apartment flat is very comfortable. The apartment is at 3 minutes walking distance to Kreshatyk Street and Arena City, it is very central. The wi-fi and tv works very good. The apartment’s central heating system is good. There is one air-conditioner also at the saloon of the flat and there are two electrical heaters except the good central heating system. The cleaning lady is also very helpful.

The only positive thing was that the accommodation unit is right in the center

I didn't have much expectation, but it was literally a shock upon arrival. We had confirmed but accommodation was a problem despite the fact that the owners had all the payment details available. We traveled with young children at night, estimated arrival time but upon arrival they refused to accommodate us. The conditions say that the guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the price after booking, we were not charged, apparently there was a problem. The owner arrogant, she gave us the phone three times. To summarize: illustrative photo absolutely do not correspond to reality.Towels and linen damp in the dryer, six beds for seven people and only two duvets available :-) Kitchen moldy, towels smelled crack.
