Magnificent and beautifully restored old mas in most exclusive part of Catalonia
Magnifico vecchio di più, squisitamente restaurato e decorato, con un bel giardino e una grande piscina tra gli splendidi villaggi di Madremanya e Monells, nella zona più privilegiata dell'Ampurdán e vicino ai migliori ristoranti e alle spiagge più belle della regione.
La casa, di circa 250m2, è costruita su due piani. Al piano terra, ha un ampio ingresso, un ampio soggiorno con camino, tavolo da pranzo per 10 persone e accesso al gazebo esterno, un confortevole soggiorno con TV a grande schermo, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un WC. Al secondo piano c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale da 160 cm e un bagno privato con vasca e doccia, una camera doppia con 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti, un'altra camera doppia con 2 letti singoli che lascia spazio alla zona posteriore del casa, e un altro bagno con doccia. Nella zona posteriore, a cui si può accedere anche direttamente dall'esterno, ci sono altre 2 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con un letto da 150 cm, e un altro bagno completo con doccia.
La casa si trova in una tenuta privata di oltre 15.000 m2, circondata da aperta campagna. L'area intorno alla casa ha un bellissimo giardino ben curato con prato e una grande piscina recintata di 12x6 m. con sdraio e comodi lettini. Di fronte alla sala da pranzo c'è un portico ombreggiato con tavolo esterno per 10 persone.

Mas Blau is a great place to stay. We were 5 adults and 4 children and the house has plenty of room to socialise, or find your own bit of space to relax. The pool is great with the trees giving shade on one side of the pool and full sun on the other. The house is far away from the neighbours with fields all around so it felt like you had the whole of Spain to yourself in the evenings. There are a choice of supermarkets 9 mins away. We took the train to Barcelona which was 90 mins but delivered you straight into the centre of the city. We loved this house and grounds and highly recommend it.

We had a marvellous one week holiday at Mas Blau. The house is excellent (clean, cosy and with excellent facilities) and provided everything that our family needed to have a very relaxing week. Our boys loved the pool and the spacious (and from our point of view, very well-fenced) gardens and we enjoyed relaxing in a countryside setting watching the birdlife (especially the Hoopoe's). We didn't venture out too much but when we did found the local villages easy to reach with a number of good restaurants/bars. Despite a small hitch with the check in-process, this was soon rectified with prompt and effective communication with the host and action from the housekeeping team (who were also very keen to be helpful and to provide a warm welcome to the house and area). All in all, we thoroughly recommend Mas Blau and hope to return ourselves for another relaxing holiday in a lovely home.

My extended family spent 2 weeks at the property in March and had a wonderful time. The property is quiet and picturesque, and the house is spacious and enjoyable to spend time in. It was very clean upon check-in and well equipped.
The children loved playing in the yard and in the pool. The countryside is beautiful and I can't think of a better place to be if you like cycling (the Volta a Catalunya literally passed by the house). There are plenty of charming little towns to visit, and any shopping/grocery needs are within a 12-minute drive.
The property manager was very responsive when we had any questions about the house or needed something. We would go back.

We had a wonderfull stay at the house. It is a very quiet place in the nature and everything was very clean.
