Brand new, well decorated relatively big studio at a nice and quiet location. Astonishing view on the surrounding hills. Good value for money.
Nothing in particular. It does not have a washer, but it is a studio, i.e. of a limited size.

The apartment is roomy and the balcony is big, with a nice view. The beds are OK and the shower is fine, as is the kitchen. The cleaning lady is very helpful and nice.
The price of the apartment is to be payed in cash on the first day of the stay, after paying directly to the owner 25% of the whole price in advance as the reservation is made. At the entrance, you are warned for a few things, see the picture. The airco is limited to 25 degrees Celsius (i.e. colder wasn't possible), only available in the bedroom and not in the hot living room. In the living room it is not possible to open the windows, which didn't contribute to letting in fresh air. The Wifi was so weak, that one could say that it didn't work, downloading a newspaper wasn't possible. We are not used to this interpretation of Greek hospitality.

"Ottimo appartamento per dimensioni, lumonosità, completo di ogni cosa. Una porta vetrata apre al terrazzo ed al giardino ed alla continuità degli spazi. Difficilmente si trova una dimora di questa qua..."
