Great house and close to everything loved our stay

Beds and linen amazing as well as location and facilities

Location was amazing. The house is really big, great for large families and lots of space. Beds are really comfortable and had warm blankets.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner and we had a broken beer bottle under the vanity in the bathroom down stairs. The bath was very small so that was a bit disappointing. Fridge door was a little broken so that was a pain to deal with every time you needed to shut the door. The central heating didn't make it to the downstairs bedrooms, where the bunks are, so that end of the house got cold. One 1 bathroom had body soap in the container out of 5 bathrooms. Some shower heads needs replacing and wouldn't stay up when showering, so you had to hold it to shower. The house had junk sorted in random places (furniture, broken tv, chairs, printer) that could be seen.

Very close to everything. The nice complement basket on arrival.

Does get very hot with no air conditioning during summer time.

There were a few items left for breakfast eg. juice, bread, croissants, milk. Amount of space was great.

Tea and coffee was not available. If you are leaving bread and croissants why not some butter and jam. We were disappointed that there was not soap for handwashing in the bathrooms. A sign on the bathroom downstairs said 'please do not wash your face on the towels. Use the face wipes available' - there were none. We had to go out and buy toilet paper as the rolls in the bathroom were not full to begin with. There were lights in a couple of bathrooms upstairs that did not work. The kitchen sink was tricky to use and we had to boil water in order to get the water hot enough to wash dishes in. We were told very explicitly to be inside with doors closed by 9:00pm which we did but both nights of our stay we had neighbours out one night until 2:30am and the other night very late as well. It was stated that there was parking for two cars - yes two cars could park but you could not get onto the street when the cars were parked as they had to be so close together.

The property owner was there 15 minutes earlier then the agreed time to meet very punctual

9pm noise reduction, but that is to be expected in a residential area.
