Nice and clean Condo in the heart of Provincetown, perfect for the two of us and our pup.

This place was perfect for a long weekend away for me and my partner. The location is fantastic, the shared deck and beach access was amazing to have, and it’s walkable to everything commercial street has to offer! Lorenzo was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Ptown!

The place was perfect for me and a small dog. Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable*, well stocked, and the location is great!
* A tip: I didn’t pull out the trundle so the bed was a little soft with two mattresses, but I just flipped the second mattress back between the bed and the wall and all was well.

Based on other reviews, we brought foam mattress pads to use with the trundle bed when opened to king size - but we never used them. We found the mattresses comfortable enough. The location is the best part of this unit. Close to everything in the west end of town and a few steps to a private beach side deck. We will be back again.

This place is on the smaller side, but has everything we need for the two of us and our 2 dogs (both under 25 lbs). The location can’t be beat…it’s close to everything on Commercial St., but is tucked away…and about 10 steps to the beach. We love it there!

This was the perfect get away. Never a dull moment. So much to do here. The location is the highlight. The place was small but worked fine for us as we didn’t stay in much. The view from the shared deck was amazing. Coffee in the morning out there watching the sunrise was perfect. Being able to have my kayak right there with easy access to the water was fabulous. Host was great always just a text away for any questions. It wasn’t a problem for us but I was surprised by the small fridge. Maybe a small grill on the little deck and a different chair to relax in inside would be nice. I know the size of the place is hard to work with. . I’d definitely stay again. Such a great time.

Parking spot although extra was very accessible. The greatest value of this studio is in its location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including the grocery store and the bark park for dogs.

Perfect spot
The place was perfect for what we needed! Our vacation consists of driving out on the beach onto Race Point during the day and walking Commercial St at night with our 4 yo old child. We parked our car at night just a short walk away with a great rate from Lorenzo. We were able to share the king size trundle with our child comfortably :)

Great location
My husband, Billy (our dog) and I loved the property, had everything we needed and enough room for the three of us. Perfect location, walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and P-Town activities.

Quaint little place in a prime Ptown location.
Lorenzo’s place was at a perfect location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The place was clean, cute and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with Lorenzo was exceptional from the start to the end. I definitely recommend Lorenzo’s place to anyone looking for a quiet and centrally located place.

Great Location!
As stated in the title, it was a great location for visiting Provincetown. Right in the middle of everything. The room was small as described, but well equipped, very clean, and cozy. The only problem was the trundle bed. It really was not big enough for 2 average sized adults. Our suggestion is that it should be replaced with a "Day-bed," exactly the same size to fit the small space, but where instead of having drawers underneath, it has a pullout cot that is designed to fit two persons. Luckily, we had recently been camping and had our air mattress with us. However, overall the apartment was comfortable and as stated previously, great location and walk to everything.

Great spot smack in the middle of PTown
The property was small, as advertised but well laid out and perfect for two people. The location right off of Commercial Street can’t be beat. Walking distance from everything you need to make your trip perfect. Lorenzo was great with communication and the place was clean and clearly well managed.

Second time staying!
My husband and I and our dog all love this property! It's exactly has described in the listing, and is a perfect location and getaway! We hope to return someday. Careful of some upstairs neighbors. You might be breaking a rule you don't know about and she'll make sure you know it!

Excellent location with a great deck and everything we needed.
We had a great time in Provincetown and enjoyed staying in the unit. Though small, it had everything we needed and there was enough room for the two of us and our dog. The deck is especially nice with direct access to the beach. The neighbors were all also very nice. We just got back today and will likely try to book again for next year.

Comfortable and Quiet
I stayed at Lorenzo's place with Watson, my Old English Sheepdog, for a week in Provincetown while I attended a painting workshop. A short stroll to restaurants, stores, galleries, it's located in a quiet compound on the bay. A perfectly small unit for one or two people. Clean, comfortable, and quiet, a lovely place to hang your hat.

A very nice place run by a very nice man. The neighbors are also friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even better. We will most definitely come back. The shared deck offered gorgeous views as well as the comforting sound of the gentle waves. For folks like us who make many meals at "home," the well-appointed kitchen had just about everything we needed. Fantastic shower too!

The condo was clean, in great shape and up to date. It was just the right size for the two of us and our little pup. You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to everything but tucked away from the street that so you feel away from the crowd. Being only steps away from the water is simply amazing. The owners and occupants of the few other adjacent unites were very friendly and helpful. Lorenzo
