The quality of the buffet was excellent and varied. furthermore, each day there was a speciality grill which changed daily. some all-inclusive hotels prefer quantity over quality, but the food was truly excellent and a good advertisement of the Turkish cuisine. The evening entertainment on the stage was also excellent and varied

The first impression of a hotel always sets the foundations, regardless to duration of stay. My first interaction with the hotel was at check-in, where it became immediately clear that none of the staff speak a word of English. The clientele are 90% German, so it is understandable that the staff will have a good handle on German language. However, the hotel does promote itself as 5* International hotel, welcoming clients from all over, but it became clear very quickly the staff are german speaking, geared for German clientele. the pools are decent enough, but there are only two of them and quite small, so can get very crowded. it is not easy to swim as such, as you will always be bumping into someone. there were daily activities in one of the pools, including water polo, volley ball, aerobics etc., which were very good, but they did take up most of the pool, further restricting ‘families’ with kids that are not interested in these things, and just want to play in the water. whilst my comments on the quality of buffet stands true - it was excellent throughout my stay - the restaurant is small and struggles to cater for the number of guests. the evening dinner is from 19:00 to 21:00, so is quite a small window to cater for all the guests. this is further compounded by everyone eating early - so at the same time - so they can then reserve tables at the stage area for the entertainment, which starts at 20:45. if you don’t grab a table one hour before the entertainment starts, then you will be out of luck.

Facilities, was clean, good location with mall across

The staff were rude we had go to reception to ask for toilet roll as there was 4 of us in 1 room and was left with 2 toilet rolls.

The swimming pool is very clean. The room is spacious. The staff are nice. Night shows are somehow entertaining. Good and fast cocktails at bars

Repeated buffet and not a great variety. Not enough sunbeds so you will struggle to find one in peak season. Beach area a little tight and not so well-maintained. Staff can't speak or understand english well

Beach was good, but pool - too cold (no heating in October). Beach is really close. Room was clean and sound-proof. Guest relations manager temporally solve internet speed issues by giving her SIM card.

Far away from 5 stars. Not worth money. Terrible internet speed - 2 Mbps. We fought for sunbeds in the beach and at the pool, table for eating. It's literally almost impossible to get a place to eat and you need roam around with plate full of food for 10-15 minutes. Majority of staff don't speak English (German not a problem for them at all) Inclusive cocktails were so poor, but service is quick. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Without car / taxi you can't do much outside of hotel premises.

-Clean hotel/clean rooms -Food/drinks are good -beach is very nice and very close to hotel -pools are very nice -there was almost always enough place to sit besides the pool

-Gym is small and it works with a weird reservation system - Some staff are very annoying(the staff from the sauna/hamham) - sometimes it was quite crowded with dinner

The hotel is very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, cleaning service everyday, changing towels everyday and i liked the open buffet so you can choose whatever you want.

The animation shows were mostly for the kids and not really nice. Food was not always on my taste. The drinks from the bar are not qualitative and the beach is little bit far from the hotel but there is a service bus working on.
