The location was excellent. The flat is clean and tidy with a usable kitchen.
The washing machine did not work properly. The washing capsules provided stuck to the cloths during the washes and became quite a problem. There were also dirt coming from the ventilation fan above the toilet. These issues were conveyed to the owner and hope they could resolved them for future visitors.

Great central location! Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store, attractions. Felt very safe. Lots of room in the apartment. Loved having the kitchen. Apartment was decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable.
The washer did not spin correctly. Management came twice to help, and it would look like the cycle was running. However, when the cycle ended and you opened the machine, the detergent was still on top of dry clothes and the bottom clothes were slightly wet.
We hand washed everything, and tried to use the dryer, but although it got hot, the clothes were still wet. We ended up hanging the clothes around the apartment to air dry. In hindsight, we should have just gone to a laundromat. I would stay here again, but would not depend on having a clothes washer/dryer.
