auch wenn unsere "exklusive Suite" sauber und modern war, hat es rein gar nicht mit einer Suite zu tun - auch hat sie nichts mit den wunderschönen Zimmern auf den Bildern zu tun, obwohl ich explizit nachgefragt habe. Es wurde mir versichert, dass die Suite wie auf den Bildern ist. Offensichtlich eine absichtlich falsche Auskunft. Die Suite ist schlicht ein Familienzimmern - für eine exklusive Suite fehlt zu ziemlich alles - zumindest eine Kühlmöglichkeit und zumindest mal 2 Gläser etc.... wie gesagt, ein schönes Familienzimmer, was aber nicht das war, was ich gebucht habe.

easy accessible location spread over with several distinct buildings. rooms have all the necessities, with a very functional style. breakfast is very good!

I Loved the friendly welcome. The old world nature of the place, which like the owner, oozes character from every wooden beam. The furniture fitted well with the stye, yet the bathroom was modern and well equipped

The architecture of the building, its location!
One of the receptionist did not speak english and made it very difficult to communicate. Also, the breakfast was very poor.

Town was beautiful and the hotel was in good mood of an old building. The room was quiet and cleaned very well.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, large beds. We arrived very late and the hotel staff kindly checked us in after 12 pm

What a charming place! I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the half-timbered building and the friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast exceeded my expectations! It was a very generous buffet with all the trimmings and local bread.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice staff, it was perfect for our one night stay.
Unfortunately no hairdryer in the room. But not a big deal at all.

Old House with beautiful wooden beams I the structure, still visible inside and out. Hut style bed.
Reception staff (2 persons) didn't speak one word of English and didn't seem to know how booking.com works, claiming we hadn't paid when we already had. I wasn't even allowed to go to the toilet (or my request wasn't understood) until the payment issue was resolved. Not very welcoming.

The hotel has a great location near restaurants and is walking distance to the Playmobil Fun Park. We were able to stream a movie thanks to the great wifi. And could enjoy a sleep-in because of the thick curtains that fully cover over the windows. The breakfast was extra but reasonably priced and good enough. The staff are very pleasant and made our visit trouble free. Our young children enjoyed strolling around the friendly village, playing in the water feature, and the Eis cafe nearby.
We found the lack of a separate seating area in the apartment not ideal since we have young children who nap and have an earlier bedtime. And we wished for a few more items at the breakfast to make the meal more well rounded.

Would have been better with keys/locks for bathroom.
Dirty fabric on couches and chairs, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, walked up 2 flights of stairs with my 3 little kids.
They charged breakfast for my 1 year old but then gave us only enough eggs, meat, and cheese for 4 people, we had 5 in our party.
My sheets would not stay on the bed all night. I fixed them at least 4 times every night. touching the mattress directly is disgusting.

Good size room for our young family -ie 2 children under 12.
Could hear the neighbour guests talking and walking through their room when they came back late in the evening.
