The room are very clean and very nice bathroom 😀

And the location also is very quiet and staff are very excellent and very polite

I loved the fact that three years since I last traveled to Abidjan the facility stays very constant with its splendid services and genuinely kind staff. The staff at the front desk were amazing as always.

I noticed that the restaurant menu was not as elaborate as my previous visit but that's is understandable, considering the economy, guest turnaround, and the period that I made the trip.

Just about the same as my previous experience... Facility was great. Absolute serenity here, and breakfast has always been amazing, and right on time. Plus, internet (Wi-Fi) has always been right on point - reliably super fast.

The knocking on the door - especially early morning room service (to provide breakfast) and then the janitors, when they are ready to tidy the room🙇‍♂️. I am not asking that there should be no knock on the door, but particularly here, staff knock so impatiently. I believe they should allow some good interval in-between their knocks and wait patiently to be answered. I believe I am not the only guest who does not sit right by the door waiting to answer it in case there is a knock. It would definitely take some time from wherever you find your self in the room to go get the door. Sometimes, it is just for the better reason to find appropriate outfit to meet the unknown at the door. Not all of us are always fully dressed within the secure enclosure indoors. :) At best they should learn from the receptionists and use the intercom, this time to announce their approach. This way, guests would be alert ahead, and answer the door promptly. Alternatively, they can get the reception to phone-in for them. At least phone-ring waking you from an afternoon nap would not make you feel much like there is some trouble out there :)

Not much to boast about, but the hotel delivered what it promised—so I can’t really complain. I booked knowing what to expect. The room was fairly clean and comfortable, and I stayed for two nights without any major issues. Breakfast was simple, but I’m usually content with just eggs, as many business travelers tend to be.

The hotel is quite far from the airport and major business areas, and it felt somewhat isolated. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t very familiar with the locality, but it didn’t seem like the kind of area where you’d feel comfortable walking around—getting anywhere required a cab. The staff, unfortunately, came across as rather unwelcoming, and there seemed to be charges for almost everything, which made the experience feel a bit transactional.
