The room was exceptionally clean. I had a look at the breakfast menu and wished I'd ordered something. The prices were very reasonable.
There was nothing i didn't like.

Ample room to park. We were in a small truck and were able to park in a designated spot beside the motel.
There were chairs and tables outside to eat our meals and or smoke with ash trays provided.
It was very quiet in the area itself.
Couldn't do much about it, but the noise of the traffic was annoying outside when trying to talk. Inside, you could hardly hear the traffic except the odd emergency vehicles or Hoons.

Table and chairs were outside so we could sit and eat our dinner, and an ashtray was provided for smokers.
IGA and takeaways
Right on a very busy road with trucks and cars constantly moving day and night, although the noise wasn't heard in the room.
