Location, correct price-quality ratio, spatious studio, tasty local kitchen, good quality menu, the sand and the sea, perfect, clean

the bathroom needs a refresh, some decorative objects in the room are outdated, it would be good if they gave them up

Great location, right on the beach.

Not very clean, smell of sewage in the bathroom. Bed had a huge dip, old mattress and not comfortable. Woke up with a back pain.

right on the beach , so the best location. rooms were nice. especially the ones with the beach views.

definitely not worth over $200 per night. lol . the staff was extremely useless and didn’t care to help satisfy the guests. I ended up getting food poisoning the last night I was there from their restaurant’s dinner (had their fish and their soup, so one of the dishes was bad). they said the restaurant that’s directly downstairs isn’t part of the hotel, but the least the staff could do was have a conversation with the chefs about the food that could have killed me. i was sick for 6-7 hrs non-stop throwing up , couldn’t even drink any water. and I had to leave that day to catch the bus for a different city. the staff had no remorse and zero regard for the fact that I was sick due to the food the hotel restaurant offers. If there is a restaurant that’s right in your hotel , you should probably be sure that it’s not poisoning your guests - even if it’s not affiliated with the hotel directly , which in my opinion it is. Paying premium prices should count for something.

the property is aging - water leakage under the sink, bathtub at the balcony not working, etc. lacking maintenance of the facilities which seem to have been quite nice when originally installed
