Near Shin-Urayasu station (3 bus stops or 15 min walk from the station), where there are many food choices.
It also has free shuttle bus to Disneyland/DisneySea, but would be easier to walk 2 min to the main road to take bus 2 or 4 to reach the theme parks directly.
Room was small (like a typical Japanese apartment) but had everything needed for our stay. Bathroom had a small bathtub for us to soak in after a long day at the parks.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not an issue. The Aircon/Heater was very drying.

思ったよりベットが小さい。トイレ洗面も小さい。

Very quiet.
There was no framed pictures on the walls in my hotel room. There were absolutely no decorations and it didn't feel welcoming.

I loved everything. The staff were pleasant the hotel was exceptionally clean. They had extra toothbrush, soap,whatever u need. Location is close to busses and, of course, disneyland ,and the price was spot on.

The hotel is easy to find and in a convenient location. I liked the little stove, microwave and sink in the hallway. The soundproofing was good so I didn't hear any trains or road traffic. The staff were attentive and efficient. Check in was quick.
The hotel is comfortable but the fittings and decoration are tired and in need of refurbishment. The bath and toilet are small.

The room has a washing machine as well as an induction plate for cooking - you need to request the pan and cooking tools though.
They advertise a free shuttle bus to get to Disney but this hotel is the last stop so half the people queueing couldn't get on both mornings we went. In addition, the 'double bed' was extremely small, more like a large single bed. My partner and I had to sleep on opposite sides of the bed to fit. The room was also quite dusty.
