We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel

Its an old hotel and worth the price. My kids enjoyed the trampoline and the spa. The people are friendly and helpful

Old Kitchen setup, bathroom and toilet. But being an old motel, i believe we should not expect much

I have stayed here a few times and will be back, :) the shower experience must have been a one off.

Got in a 2am and the room was nice and warm and very clean, bed very comfortable. :)

Got up to have a shower and it was hot when I got in but after about 30 seconds it went cold. I presumed they had run out of gas, I was running late so didn't have time to ring and tell them to look into it, but did tell the owner on leaving. he did apologize. :)

Superb

We stayed here one night after our flight into Christchurch, the room was a great size for what we needed. Had a great shower so we could freshen up after our flight.

Nothing we did not like.

Near to airport. Quite and comfortable stay. Trampoline was a surprise for my kids!

Bathroom was too cold.

Expect for proximity to airport and nice garden view, it was not worth thre money.

The microwave was not working properly and the oven was tricky to use. The utensils were also not clean enough. Having a iron would have been nice too.

Very good value for money being both close to the airport and within easy proximity if driving into the city.

Good location and excellent value for money for its location within 2km of the airport. Comfortable bed, small kitchenette and decent sized room.

Room #1 was closest to the main road so noisy at night if you aren’t used to living in the city. Bathroom mirror was positioned badly and virtually unusable. minor inconvenience to me but worth noting.

will tell all my mates to stay here.

The Manager was extremely accommodating and was instantly helpful as we arrived early. Had to return hire Car with a long walk back and he offered(and Came) to pick me up. He arranged/rang a taxi for a 4am pickup and proffered great help in getting a bus to Christchurch.

Exceptional

After a long week travelling around Te Waipounamu, to spend my last night in the beautiful, comfy room at Aarburg, the icing on the cake. A good sized kitchenette with the bathroom to the side. Good little outdoor area. Conveniently located to airport, amenities close by. By just a really gorgeous place. Even got a spa pool for guests to use. Definitely a returning customer.

Great place

We arrived at midnight and access to our room was a advised. The bed were comfortable and the room clean.

The rain water shower head.

Pleasant, good location, easy to check-in or out

We just needed a one night close to airport, easy to check in late. Room size was great, reasonably close to airport( I walked to the airport to pick up hire car).

Shower was a tad small, but note too bad

it was super handy to the airport (5 mins away), the owner picked me up , very comfortable
