Historic property with some nice attributes. Very nice and helpful housekeeping staff.
Noise!!! The first 2 nights were almost intolerable. We asked to move but the establishment did not have any other rooms. It did get somewhat better after that but not perfect. The first night, a group of 10+ teens sat directly underneath our window and talked very loudly until about 23:30. The second night a group of adult men started an extremely loud good bye session at 2:00am (on a Sunday night/Monday morning) and did not leave until almost 3:00am. When we asked them to leave, they yelled obscenities and proceeded to get even louder!
The building seems to be extremely neglected (even for Venice).

Wonderful character and comfortable bed.
Sometimes people gathering outside the property were very noisy, once at 2.30am!

Location was absolutely amazing in a lovely old Venetian property. Super close to all the major sights like San Marco.
No washing machine as it said in Listing.

It was close to Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square.
We booked 4 rooms and one of the room’s a/c was not working and the door handle was broken. They didn’t have anyone to refill the toilet paper.
