The location seems to be an old group holiday facility in the forrest. Quite place, not directly on the lake though. We stayed in a cottage, the cottage itself was basic but ok, with 5 beds, a fridge, electric heater, table and chairs.

The facilities are in the main building, which is very run down and seemingly being kept with minimal effort/costs. There is no staff on site, and very little instructions (many of the signs are only in Russian, English signs would be helpful). The spaces are kept cold, the toilets smell strongly of mold or perhaps broken plubming. The kitchen is available for guest use, it has been a professional kitchen, things work fine there.

Everything was perfect. Owner welcomed us really nicely. Each Room has 4 beds. There is a very big well equipped kitchen and a huge dining area for larger number of people. The Grill facilities, firewoods are there. There are some boats as well. The use of boat was free all the time since we booked 5 chalets. The condition of the toilets & the bathrroms were really nice and clean even though they were shared ones in the common building. All the common utilities (kitchen, dining, toilets & bathrooms) are in the common building and the chalets are seperately situated to the main building. Have to walk down few meters to get the access lake, grill and boats. There are 2 chalets just next to the lake as well. On the lake shore, there is a wooden pier and a nice wooden bench on the water which you can sit nicely and relax. There are ample parking space. Very nice and large enough playing space for children as well.

Shared toilets & bathrooms

Wonderful location, in nature near a lake. Really nice view and we were able to rent the boat from the owner so we could go fishing and exploring the large lake where this property was located. Sauna is really spacious.

For us it wasn’t a problem, but be aware there is no wifi. Mobile internet is available and connection is good.

Holiday house is in very good condition. Everything you need to make your life easy is in the house. Very big sauna and shower room. House is located next to lake which you can rent a boat and go for fishing. Just take in case your food with you because there is no shops around you. Communication with owner was possible because we don´t speak finnish or russian language. We used translator.

Navigating to holiday house is bit hard. Use the booking aadress. You will stop inside forest where goes extra small road in. Follow this road til up to main building. Owner should put big sign there so you understand you are in correct place. Inside house is electrical stove but it induction stove so you cannot use any pans there. Fridge inside works but not cold enough for food. Freezer works good. Need to check and fix. No WiFi but we managed our phone 4G data.
