Amazing location. Walk out the door and you're on the beach. Shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The beach was not crowded at all and easy to move back and forth to the house. Balcony was great to eat outside and watch the ocean. Everyone we met was very friendly. House was very clean and had everything we needed. It is an older home, but everything functiond great. Very comfortable.

You cannot be any closer to the beach. Great location. The exterior of the property could use a little updating. There was a slight odor that we had to mask with a candle, but overall a great stay!

From lazy beach days just a few steps away, to painting and playing games in the bright, naturally lit family room, to breakfast and lunches on the deck looking at the ocean, to dinners and ice cream in the historic downtown area, we had such a wonderful stay. And the best of all…breathtaking sunrises and mornings walks on the beach every day. We also took a guided kayak trip and visit to Fort Clinch, which were a blast. Our hearts of full!

The pillows, sheet could be updated. The TVs, especially in the family area and the master bedroom. We’re not good and need to be updated. They need to be streaming TVs and up-to-date.
