Kids’ playground nearby: A lovely area behind the apartment that the children enjoyed. Direct walking path into town: Accessible from the playground area. Free ski bus available: A practical alternative to the long uphill walk to the ski lift.

Security breach attempt: A scammer contacted myself via WhatsApp pretending to be Belvilla, requesting bank details through a convincing fake link — raising concerns about vulnerabilities in the booking process. Ski lockers supposedly included but not communicated: We had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been part of the booking.
