We loved everything about this property, the accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, the host was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was excellent (& at a time of our choice). There was also plenty of parking directly outside the property.

Carolyn was warm and welcoming, the attention to detail and comfort were outstanding. Had our own lounge / television area adjacent to the bedroom. Very spacious.

The location of Peppertree was a quick ride from the airport and perfectly located for an easy flat walk to into town or doing local nature walks. The breakfast choices were excellent and set us up well for the day. We really appreciated the little extras like a plate of fresh fruit and cold water or juice in the fridge. The hosts were friendly and approachable with a good knowledge of the area and activities to do. The street was quiet and felt safe.

I cannot think of one thing to improve.

The breakfasts at this B&B are Masterchef quality! On top of that, you occupy a suite (sunroom, living room, bedroom & bath) in a charming old house. The owner is friendly and helpful, but gives you as much privacy as you want.

Lovely B&B, quite location with easy parking but short walk to city center. Our host Carolyn was very nice and proactive in giving us tips and you can see that every detail in the rooms is thought through for the most comfortable stay. Plus breakfast was excellent!

It’s not possible to pay by card unfortunately but Carolyn did mention they are working on that. But not a big problem as there are a lot of ATMs short walk away.

Looking for a spacious B&B in Nelson with amazing service and gorgeous facilities, this is the place for you! We loved our 4 nights here - so much space with the large bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom and your own lounge and sun room. Plenty of heating for the cold days made it a cosy place to refresh after being out, it was perfection, especially if you love character homes. Carolyn is a very gracious and welcoming host who makes the best breakfasts, taking our order daily. Try the oat pancakes, they were superb! Only a short walk from the centre of town, close to river walks and a beautiful heritage area...we would love to stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in a heritage street, equipped with everything you need for bed and breakfast. Wonderful hosts and wonderful daily breakfasts. An easy 15 minute walk into town in an interesting area.

We loved our stay! Such a handy location close to town. It was lovely having our own lounge as well as a bedroom to use. And the breakfasts were epic! Loved ordering the night before and it being delivered at any time we liked! And the food was A+.

Could not fault - everything was great

we are a young family and took our first family holiday to the beautiful Nelson. once we arrived at Peppertree we were greeted by Carolyn who made us feel instantly comfortable. our whole experience at Peppertree we felt taken care of, our baby had room to explore, extra toys were set out for her and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Peppertree was a wonderful stay, comfortable beds, great shower, lovely bath robes. but more than all of this was the experience of feeling taken care of. the breakfasts were EXCEPTIONAL with home made hot cross buns and even Easter eggs given to us on Easter Sunday. our overall experience, you couldn't put a price on it. it's left a lasting impression on our whole trip. we will definitely be back!!

The location and accommodation were excellent, and it was lovely to have a full living room as well as a bedroom. The breakfasts and coffee were amazing. Carolyn even went and found some puzzles for me, she us an amazing host.

Carolyn was a wonderful host and looked after every need. The room was comfortable, well appointed and had everything anyone could need. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful and you get to choose your options every day.

The home is about 15 minute walk into town which is not far, but if you want to pop back for a coffee etc, its quite a walk. However, it is a pleasant walk along a small river and some pleasant streets.

Another wonderful stay with everything we needed so close. Very handy walking distance to NMIT and the town, markets, cafes and Museum via the scenic Willow walkway access alongside the Brook. We felt very looked after at Peppertree BnB. Fantastic breakfast with barista quality coffee plus a fruit bowl for snacking. Comfortable beds and central heating. Also enjoyed some classic movies on the DVD player on a rainy evening... LOTR and Harry Potter are our family favourites. Will definately stay here again if we are back in Nelson.

We had a very enjoyable few days, rooms are large and comfortable. Very warm and cosy on rainy days. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options to choose from. Thank you for the gluten free bread! The location suited us as we have family living nearby. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again in 2 weeks time!

The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of Fresh fruits. And, a choice of either cereals and cooked breakfast.
