The area Snooze is situated is a very safe. We liked the room very much, comfy beds, plenty of space. Our host was superb, very welcoming and social. Car parking under shade was available. Short trip in the car to Hout Bay beach, restaurants and attractions ie Chapman's Peak Drive and Cape national park and Cape Point.
I have to say I didn't like the fish pond outside our room! I would have preferred more outdoor space.

great view. very restful space. and the host was welcoming and accommodating.
not much was negative. to get to the incredible view you drive up quite a hill. but if you don’t want to climb you don’t get the view.

Could be cleaner, found some dead bugs and lizards.
Shower in the bathtub...
Payment either cash or wire transfer is annoying in a time where all bookings are paid by credit card or payment machine.

The room was very spacious and the overall security on the property was quite advanced. The views from the bedroom are spectacular.
The property is situated right up the mountain and not easily accessible on foot (which isn’t a train smash) but just a heads up to anyone thinking it is within waking distance of everything.

Really loved the view, and facilities there was everything you could think of from braaing supplies to a heated towel rack our stay was amazing.
The owner doesn't really contact back regarding questions or information. Which wasn't a massive negative as he made sure we had everything we needed but we never got told when the maid would be arriving, if the check out time was okay, etc. This didn't affect how much we enjoyed the stay though. There's some construction next door but we were out most of the day and they pack up at 5pm so again not really a massive inconvenience.

We liked the view and the lay out of the flat.
We did not like the shower head in the bath as you had to hold it in your hand if you want to shower.
The property was not very clean.
The tv channels did not work.

I loved the tranquility of the place and the location was perfect. The sunrises and sunsets were exquisite and the mountain views and city lights were breathtaking in the evening.
Idyllic setting for a breakaway from city life. We enjoyed our stay and Marcus the host was very hospitable.
Flies were problematic. There is a fish pond outside the unit which would like much nicer if it was maintained. Not an expert on fish ponds but it definitely could do with a brush up.
We were not told that the sprinkler system for the garden comes on at a certain time, so we'd just sat down on the terrace to have dinner when the sprinkler came on and we were forced to rush off inside.

We loved the fact that the room had so much character and the host was very welcoming and friendly. really njoyed the fact that we could experience such amazing views of Hout Bay whilst taking a bath. This place is exceptional and we definitely will be booking again... Can't wait for our next encounter.

Excellent location for a quiet getaway - well equipped and beautifully designed. The best element was Marcus who is a wonderful and extremely accommodating host!
