The condo is beautiful. the views may not be direct ocean view, but they are great. This was perfectly suitable for our family of 3. Every nook & corner was neat and the kitchen was stocked with utensils for us to cook. The beach is a stone's throw away and it was so pleasant to take a walk in the morning.Overall our stay was fabulous. The management of the property was extermely pleasant to work with. They followed up on little things and ensure i had great stay.

Love the complex. Unit has nice furniture but outdated kitchen. If you cook alot it's a problem. It's on the north side so no sunshine in unit. Good for summer to keep cool, not so much the rest of the time of year. Property managers are great and will rent with them again. Love to not pay platform fees and book directly on their site. Would be nice if they supplied shampoo and conditioner too and dishwashing soap like most do, but the savings is probably better.

Property was clean, and complex was well maintained. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions or concerns that came up. Family had a great time I highly recommend this property. This has been the 3rd time my family and I have visited, and we always keep returning.

TV in living room did not work they sent someone and it worked for a while but then out again after five when I could get no one bring your own shampoo, Kleenex, coffee, sugar, etc. shower very difficult to turn off the view, however was great from the patio in the sunset beautiful The grounds are also lovely

This was my 4th stay at NCV, each time a different unit. This one by far was the cleanest unit of all! Nicely furnished, great balcony views. Toward the end of my week, a very noisy couple arrived upstairs, directly above me. I called the patrol office who immediately responded and took care of the problem. Kudos!

This is a great family beach area. This property is just behind the building/units on the beach so you get a great view and the beach is an easy walk downstairs. Great vacation!

This area is very well maintained. The actual condominium was also very clean. We brought our own items to cook and clean with but, this place was literally equipped with all household items and appliances you may need except for food. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the staff were very friendly. The beach, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. We loved staying here and would definitely return!

Property is nicely situated, has a great view of the beach/ocean and of the harbor/marina area too. Unit was very clean, kitchen was well appointed, king bed very comfortable, looks like the unit has recently been remodeled, beach chairs, and cooler included. Quiet part of town on this side of the complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will return to this unit again. Thanks for a great stay!

This unit had everything I needed, perfect furnishings, well stocked kitchen utensils, beach equipment. And the complex has big pool, big hot tub (although bit of a playground for the kids), big gym, game room, saunas, lovely landscaping (koi pond, waterfalls, streams...). Most important to me, a view of the ocean and steps from the beach (and the harbor). Walking distance to many restaurants.

Everything was great. Condo was in great shape, and area VERY well maintained. Easy and safe are to walk, dine, etc...
Only thing that was annoying was the upstairs neighbor seemingly running from one end of their condo to the other at times, but no one can control that. Would surely recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed our stay in this property and have plans to return next year. The whole complex was very well maintained and beautiful. The only issue we had was with a heater but that was promptly fixed. Our balcony faced north so was to cool to enjoy but the view of the ocean, harbor and mountains was gorgeous.

Check-in was a breeze and the condo was clean and nice. The complex had an excellent gym, pool, and BBQ area. The only negative is there were quite a few kids loudly playing on the sidewalks all day and into the evening.

Lovely condo with panoramic views of the marina, beach and Oceanside! The decor is very "seaside" with blue walls and lots of marine decorations. We had a great time. The first night, however, I had problems with the heavy perfumed sheets, bedspread and even mattress cover due to my allergies. But within 24 hours, the management brought over brand new sheets in a package. Very responsive and excellent service by the property manager even on weekends and holidays. We especially enjoyed all the beach visitors playing every day and the fireworks shot off on July 4. We recommend this place and would love to return every year if we could!

The rental was exactly what we expected. We could see and hear the ocean. We walked to the nearby marina and shops and saw the sea lions. The beach was never crowded and an easy walk. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and sand toys. The condo did not have air conditioning which at first we thought would be a problem but there were plenty of fans to keep us very comfortable.

F209 Sea Forever is maintained beyond any expectations. Our first stay was in 2019 and the unit looks new! We love the view of both the beach and the harbor. The daily walks around the harbor and to the Oceanside Pier are the best. Best Find: Check out the Thur. morning Farmers Market; bring home a couple of slices of quiche to reheat on the following mornings.

There are many buildings and each building seems to have a common laundry room with 5 or 6 washer/dryer pairs. The biggest inconvenience was to get the quarters for laundry. (For each load of laundry, 11 quarters are needed).
